Im trying to work on muscles that grow slower then some and atm my shoulders are a bit behined. This is how i usually train them
(1) Barbell/Dumbell Shoulder Press 4 sets
(2) Bent Over Raise (REAR DELTS)
(3) Side Laterals
(4) Standing Machine Press
I usually switch it up but usually i do 2 pressing movements for shoulders is that ok?
Is it ok to add 2 Rear delt exercises to my workout just drop number (4) and add that other rear delt?
i dont do front because they are massive from all the benching since im a very heavy bencher on chest and shoulders. usually bench 210kg and military press 160kg
Just want more of a rounder look THICKNESS more like it since its offseason for me
