I do back and shoulders together, kinda a marathon event but no overlap this way.
dumbell shoulder press 3-5 sets 5-8 reps
deadlifts 3 sets 5 reps
side laterals 3 sets 8-10 reps
weighted chins 3 sets 5-8 reps
shrugs 3 sets 8-10 reps
t-bar rows 3 sets 8-10 reps
bent over laterals 3 sets 8-10 reps
I also superset from one exercise to another, ie, shrugs, rest 1 minute, chins, rest 1 minute, back to shrugs.
This routine put over 4 inches on my chest back measurement and almost the same on shoulders while I was still natural
