in plain english you have a torn rotator cuff
the body will fill the space with scar tissue, however if you keep fucking it up it will tear more to the point where you will need a bonehead to go in there and repair it which you don't want trust me.
so from now until whenever it actually heals you need to STOP doing any sort of lifting that puts pressure on the shoulders. and yes that includes flat bench too.. it isn't just direct shoulder workouts
