Shoulder Presses

I recently switched my workout splits so I never have a just shoulder day. When I do chest I also hit my front and side delts and on my back day I hit my rear delts. My question is I'm not sure if I should do shoulder presses. Heres what I do on chest day:
4 sets bench
4 sets incline dumbell press
3 sets decline flys
3 sets shoulder press????????
3 sets front raises
3 sets side raises

I don't want to overload my shoulders and since I'm bench pressing and incline pressing, is it still neccessary to do shoulder presses? Would it be more effective if I left the presses out or kept them in?
Thanks

I've done that split and while I couldn't go heavy on presses, I did gain from them. Try doing them in that routine for a bit and see if you get any growth, if not, take em out and try it, I doubt it's too much though

I'm on that type of split right now........I use shoulder presses for a warm up and then I hit front and lateral raises. But I'm with him....find out what works best for you and then run with it.

Sometimes I train shoulders after chest. But the big disadvantage is my ego. I can barely get 70% of the weight I use for db. shoulder presses if I do them after chest. I know your muscles don't see the weight you use. But I feel like a pussy with those " baby" weights.:(

Shoulder presses are a mainstay in my routine for shoulders no matter what day I do them on. I think they've helped keep my strength and size in my delts.
