Shoulder Pain

I was looking into steroids to decrease the pain I have in my shoulder when throwing. I am a college baseball player who had surgery on my labrum in 2009. I have never used steroids and I was wondering if they could help with my shoulder pain. If so what would you recommend?

First you might try to reabilitate it try this exersise Rotator cuff exercises - Cuban rotation
youtube it and you should get a tut of the exersise

with very light weight to fail.
