i'm trying to bulk right now (not on cycle) and have just increased my calorie intake from 3,000 to 3,600 a day and protein from 250 to 300 a day. i've put on 10 lbs in the past month doing this but i'm not sure if i should continue training abs. i have a 6 pack right now, and am thinking about quitting training them because i want to burn as few of calories as possible. what do you guys think?
