Should I Refeed on this Plan?

i'm doing about 2500 cals a day.
6' 188 lbs
Should I do a once a week with maybe 3000-3500 cals
My current ratio's
50% carb
30% pro
20% fat

If i should do a refeed should I keep my ratio's the same or should I up carbs and protein?

Venduto seems to just leave it at have a cheat meal or two a week.
Thing is eating this much I have no cravings for any junk food whatsoever.
BTW the fat is melting off and so far for the first time ever I'm not losing any noticable muscle.

You are already at 50% carbs, so carb depletion should not be a problem for you (I bet that is like 300+ grams carb a day)

once you plateau, try adding a high cal day, every 3 days,you can go as high as TDEE level or 1ß~ 15% below if that much food makes you uneasy... it will help you to speed up a sluggish metabolism. Keep the ratios the same, those are typical bulking ratios, BTW. On a normal cutter, you would go higher prot and fat and a bit lowe carbs .Again, if its working leave it alone.

Man oh man is it ever working!
I woke up this morning and could see the definition starting to really happen.
I decided to start cycling calories though, to avoid a metabolic slow down.
3,000 every 4th day.

Cardio is already getting more difficult to get my heart rate up. It is starting to take 4 to 5 minutes just to get it up. :verygood:

You think I should wait till I plateau?

Today I felt a little more hungry and feel a little flat. I could just eat more food on a couple meals say add an extra portion of rice for 2 meals = 500 calories
or just eat a 7th meal.

Which way would you do it?
