Hi, I am chodolucci, Axe's wife. I couldn't figure out how to log in on my own. I have been reading here for quite sometime and I love the community. Bear with me while I give you some background.
I am 5'9" and I weigh, I am going to guess about 185-190.(Don't place too much importance on #) and I am almost 34 years. I have been weight training since I was a teen, did a short stint amatuer (natural) bb in my 20's, but didn't like how obsessive I had to be with my diet, did the Body for Life after my daughter was born (wt 162 @ 12%bf), I am a personal trainer and massage therapist and taught a dance/fitness class called NIA-amazing class if your'e looking for something new-took the last two years off doing very little exercise, tried to go back into the gym, but just did not want to be there. I have been back in the gym for the last five months and it feels great(wt 190? bf 28? I haven't been tested, just judging by the roll I can grab in my midsection). I have good genes and tend to put on muscle very quickly. Even though I have a good bit of fat right now, I have a lot of muscle underneath still. For the last month, I have been focused on dropping body fat and leaning up, I want to be strong and lean, but not huge. My diet is getting more consistant. It has been tough reducing my portion sizes( I like to eat) and making sure to eat every three hours. After years of deliberation, I have decided to use. I started a cycle last month, 2iu's hgh(serostim)/ed and will run for 6 months-2mths off-6 on indefinately. Started a week ago with Loeffler var 5mg/ed for 3 months only. I am blown away with how much stronger I am and how bloated. I just finished my first period, it was hell. Hugely bloated and crampy and bled and bled and bled about four days longer than normal. I also have some very strange abdominal pains, like the tickle feeling you get on a roller coaster, only kind of painful and also a pain in the lower left quadrant of my guts. ( I am under the suspiscion it is intestinal-unless anyone feels differently) I made the decision to stick with it, having read posts explaining that the negs get better with time. I have also read that some people just bloat a lot with var. How will I know if I should throw in the towel?:bawling: Also, with this new found strength and very little soreness after workouts, I want to lift all the time. I normally do the BFL weight training/cardio. 12-10-8-6-12-12 rep/sets alternating upper body/cardio/lower body/cardio one day off/week and one splurge day/week. I focus mostly on my level of intensity, working up to a level 9 or ten for the last superset. This week I broke up upper body doing just arms one day and chest and back after my leg work out day. I have been busting it and worried about how sore I might be after, but I'm not. Nothing even remotely close to how sore I am when I'm not juicing. So my other question is, what should my workout look like now with this new strength and endurance? Like I said, I don't want to get huge and I also don't want to injure myself, but it just feels so damn good to go heavy. I appreciate you all so much, you have a wealth of information and are so encouraging and inspiring. Thank you in advance for your time and thoughtful consideration.
Peace and Joy,
CL
