Should I have gained more?

So I just mix it up but everything I eat is extremely healthy. And no sugar. Usually i wake up at 6 and eat 8 eggs with 2 slices of wheat bread. If I have plain Greek yogurt I eat that shit2. Then lunch I like having something I call tunacado. I take 2 cans of tuna an mix it with half an avocado and just smash it like that. Then for dinner I usually have a large chicken breast or fish with a protein shake. Oh and for snacks I make protein shakes. At least 3 a day. Usually mix it with whatever veggies I got and peanut butter with almonds or cashews.
 
Coming up on the end of my first cycle. Tren A, test E, and masteron. Should I haven uo gained more off a 10 week cycle?

Am I the only one who thinks this "transformation is nothing short of a joke? You don't look any bigger, just different lighting which makes you look slightly harder. You looked like a newbie when starting and fi dined looming like one. I hate to sound rude but I can't jd west and why people Like you choose to use gear, you could grow easily naturally and then once you've made some profess you can add in those kickers. I believe in personal choice but if you haven't put in hard yards in the gym and growing and already made some kind of progress, and then refute this and just say I'm going to use gear it's it a lazy moronic thing to do. I was 220lbs with a six pack and had a 345lb bench and 500lb squat naturally after 8 years and have only just used started using gear in the last year.

I'd just focus on eating if I were you, you don't need gesr and don't even look any different which might be a sign that your diet is abolsute yonks. I can't stand people who come on these forums not even looking anything like they lift and decide they need those drugs. And you used tren for your first cycle, pure example of how you also didn't research a thing. Take this as advice.

Alpha you can't shut up about your transformation now. Jumping on a cycle with the heaviest compound in the books after not working out for god knows how long like you 50lbs isn't hard to gain with eating right. All you're doing it shoving it people's faces no one cares now
 
Onewhoknocks looks like some solid results. Your mid section looks a lot more cut but also like you have packed some quality muscle in there.

What was your calorie intake like did you up it while on cycle or eat the same amount of cals when offcycle?

I hate it when people say like "just eat and train more it'll grow" yea it will grow but it's not that easy for people who have a super fast metabolism and work and not really the body for this kind. Yes for some it's very easy, for others it's not. U should motivate him and give him advice so he actually doesnt take stupid shit anymore and maybe the right drug that he needs.
