What was your diet like ? How many meals a day ? How much above maintenance?

Did you carb cycle? what was your eating window? e.g 7am to 10pm

I think i fucked up the order, but I got day 1, where I'm fat skinny, then day 30 I think is second. Then I just got a shipment of tanks so I snapped one before my workout, just to show you. But when I'm all pumped up later I will snap another one. I'm honestly hoping to gain 20 more from the NPP, before I start to cut this summer, making it 60lbs around 12 or 13 weeks!
