Like a piece of cake or something. I have been dieting hardcore for about 12 weeks with zero cheats. I am 11 weeks and 4 days out from my comp and that is always in the back of my mind keeping me from cheating thus far. Fear of being in a bikini on stage being judged will do wonders for your will power.

nope. I say cheat with something decent that you wouldn't normally have but is still fun to eat. I don't know what your comp diet looks like, but maybe a steak or something.

that's pretty frickin' awesome to go that long. i'd have to be back in jail to diet that disciplined.

Yes! It's your birthday and a piece of cake isn't going to ruin everything you've done, and everything you'll do in the next 11 weeks.

11 weeks out seems reasonable to have something special. But if you're going to, make it something good. ;)

eat ice cream

I like and have gotten used to what I eat dieting. Primary foods are chicken, lean steak, green beans, spinach, almonds carb up days which was yesterday brown rice cakes and natty pb. I kinda feel like I am cheating on my carb ups but I lost 3 lbs last week first real week of carb ups so that can't be cheating. LOL

You are 11 Weeks out... I Don't think something really small will hurt you.. but you can't go overboard.

you have 11 weeks, if having a small piece of cake will make you happy, and hold you over until you've competed and it's your birthday have it, just don't have the whole damn cake. :velvett:

You may feel alittle sick after though, because your body isn't used to it. Personally I'd go for the steak and baked potato instead of the cake.

Isn't a glass or two of wine just as bad or worse than a piece of cake?

actually no.. ;)

My co-works got me a piece of icecream cake and I ate it. It was chocolate and mocha goodness but man my stomach is rolling now :worried:

dude its your b-day you look awesome!!!! you have already accomplished so much and you still have so much time!!!

LIVE IT up today!!!

It's good to keep you metabolism on it's toes. Your body thinks your starving yourself as you are now, so naturally it will try to counteract that by slowing your metabolism down to perserve what little fat/mass you do have. If you eat a large amount of food it will thrive on it and your metabolism will go into overdrive. It's good to do this once in a while, and your birthday is definitely one of those times. :chomp:

I agree. You should do it at least once a week. :chomp:

Haha my body hardly thinks it is starving I started carb cycling and days I carb up I get around 1700 cals in and my cals rarely drop below 1400 the rest of the week. Either way I am starting to think that ice cream cake was not worth it.
