Should I go to a Nutritionist?

Just to add on to what Joe said, if you get the Ezekiel bread keep it in the freezer so it lasts. The Trader Joes by me sells it but its on the shelf with the rest of the bread. Ezekiel bread is about 4 or 5 ingredients and no preservatives, so about 50% of the time when I've bought it not frozen its already moldy by the time i get about 4 pieces in (was probably moldy when i bought it but didn't make it to the front piece). Any grain product that is all natural and preservative free should be bought frozen and kept frozen.
 
These tips seem to be working good for me the shakes awesome for work. Do you think with my goals in mind I would benefit from something like N2Slin product?

i have never used it. the best way to tell is to give it a shot. i think gear caps would help you a lot. something like 2 caps 4-6 times per day.
 
any meal ideas for PWO dinner other than chicken or meatloaf? just trying to mix it up a bit im doing chicken and broccoli for the lunchtime meal

tuna and rice with mixed veggies is a good post w/o meal.
 
i say no way. look at 20 nutritionists opinions.. they are all different. some say drink whole milk, it isnt bad. the saturated fat isnt bad for you at all.
some say only skim milk. whole milk has too much saturated fat..
some say eat only egg whites. some say eat the whole egg.
some say no pasta.
WTF?? its just one persons opinion. if they really new what they were preaching, these clowns would all be saying the same thing.
it always boils down to what he old school grandmas and grandpas said. eat as close to the natural way as possible. whole milk. not skim...skim has something removed. do cows produce fat free milk?? stay close to nature..
EVERYTHING IN MODERATION.
some of these bodybuilders at the gym. all they eat is oatmeal, egg whites , brown rice.. WTF. where is the fresh fruit and veggies..
all these guys never eat well in my opinion. powders, too much protein, protein bars.. wheres the fresh strawberries and blueberries, and whole milk? where are the bananas? grapes? 20 different veggies? unhealthy in my opinion.

just my opinion..
