dude ive never done cardio in my life. only to get bp down when i was on dbol and that was mild cardio. if i do cardio i do not gain mass. i look like this without fat burners cardio or diet, i eat like a pig and it used to be a real bitch when i could not add mass and was just learning to handle 4000-5000cal consumption. it was hard to train myself to eat like that. i was 125 lbs when i started lifting, with a 27 inch waist. got to 150 without really changing diet just adding some protein. i came here and had wasted a win cycle not eating right and stayed right at 150. learned how to eat and like i said it was harder than any of the training. got in 5000 cals and 300g of protein and got up to 180's. i really started to grow when i started eating 2lbs of steak or chicken ed. i lose weight when i go off that hardcore meat diet even if i eat mcd's and protein shakes all day. my body wastes mcd's and all that shit, i need lean beef and chicken and i grow. when it gets warmer and grilling isn't such a bitch i'll be so happy. i'll do you a favor though and run around the track tonight and tell you how out of breath i am. but i have nothing to compare it to. i just remember when i was on dbols and did grappling, i could not breathe within seconds and couldn't even walk up stairs without being winded, tren has not done that to me, if that helps. i am gonna hit the gym in like 2 hours. can't fucking wait. i swear i have not been sore in the biceps for like a year, and they are so sore on tren/prop and win, why? cause i was so fucking strong i think i shocked the shit out of them. i was doing way more weight than i usually do by the second set, man my fucking brachs are shot to shit today.
