should bruce do tren.

should i run some tren ace at the end of my prop cycle here. ive never used it.

tren is unreal. no coughs sure some of it was mental but i tore it up. 24 is on so i am gonna watch. i'll be on later. hope i don't have sides cause that was one nasty workout
 
the shit certainly has lived up to its name. i was hitting weight i haven't been able to do like feathers. like i said i attribute a lot of this to mental hype from all the tren fanatics. the mind can be powerful. but still the pumps, aggression, and feeling of domination were quite real, and if they continue i'll train like an animal beast. i will have to do a cold and pumped measurment cause the difference was huge and that was one shot of 37.5mg. anyway i'm gonna keep you guys posted. just showered so i hope there are no night sweats. got my sleep meds if i can't sleep. peace

Thats whats up man..I was just looking up on Proviron, good stuff man, I'm going to throw some in too coming up so it'll be kinda exactly what your going to run.. maybe a little less dosage, you looked pretty jacked so you might be up to handle a lil more than me(5'11 200). My source has it for cheap and it sounds like it has all benifits with tren.
 
hell mothafucking yea. i just finished workout day 2 of trenny tren tren. shit is awesome, guys i am only running 37.5 ed right now. i'm gonna go eod to see what happens, but its eo so i can inject all over no pain and goes thru a 27. i wanted to rip this kids head off so bad in the gym, the second i hit the weights they felt like nothing. i know as mentioned alot of it is mental but shit the pumps are nuts and so is the aggression. i'll keep all posted and post some pics probably at the end. the wings are getting bigger

I would recommend that you try Tren. Use Tren Acetate so that if you develop sides you can discontinue the drug quickly. Tren is the most effective AAS I have ever used. It works well in a stack that I will mention below. I find it works best when injected ED in a dosage range of 50mg to 100mg. For your first time use 50mg ED. It is also very important to use Test with it, preferably Test Prop......about 100mg EOD.

Without the test prop I find myself very irritable, moody and easily fatigued. The test seems to balance your system out whilst on Tren and also has a very synergistic effect. I would recommend a 6 - 8 week cycle of Tren/Prop/Winny. It doesn't get much better than that, except if you add IGF-1 to that stack.

The sides I experienced were tren cough (went away after a week), night sweats and insomnia. They weren't severe enough to warrant me stopping 'The Stack of The Gods'.

yeah, I'm going with what bruce will be running almost exactly minus the winny and + the masteron prop. Glad to hear things are going good bruce.. strength through the roof or what? How is cardio on it? I've been hearing that the cardio issues are just a myth and that some people experience no cardio fatigue. ??
 
dude ive never done cardio in my life. only to get bp down when i was on dbol and that was mild cardio. if i do cardio i do not gain mass. i look like this without fat burners cardio or diet, i eat like a pig and it used to be a real bitch when i could not add mass and was just learning to handle 4000-5000cal consumption. it was hard to train myself to eat like that. i was 125 lbs when i started lifting, with a 27 inch waist. got to 150 without really changing diet just adding some protein. i came here and had wasted a win cycle not eating right and stayed right at 150. learned how to eat and like i said it was harder than any of the training. got in 5000 cals and 300g of protein and got up to 180's. i really started to grow when i started eating 2lbs of steak or chicken ed. i lose weight when i go off that hardcore meat diet even if i eat mcd's and protein shakes all day. my body wastes mcd's and all that shit, i need lean beef and chicken and i grow. when it gets warmer and grilling isn't such a bitch i'll be so happy. i'll do you a favor though and run around the track tonight and tell you how out of breath i am. but i have nothing to compare it to. i just remember when i was on dbols and did grappling, i could not breathe within seconds and couldn't even walk up stairs without being winded, tren has not done that to me, if that helps. i am gonna hit the gym in like 2 hours. can't fucking wait. i swear i have not been sore in the biceps for like a year, and they are so sore on tren/prop and win, why? cause i was so fucking strong i think i shocked the shit out of them. i was doing way more weight than i usually do by the second set, man my fucking brachs are shot to shit today.
 
say bruce... how long you runnin that prop/tren/winny for? my prop/tren blend should be here by saturday and i think i will be running the same dosage as you.
 
i bet he's only running around 6-7 weeks.. Thats the usual on that kind of blend stack... only because of the tren. Yeah, well I appreciate you running around the track tonight, but I mean, if you don't have cardio it will be hard to tell what happens when you take it, you feel me? I know what you mean with the grilling with us bein from the midwest and shit... it sucks man, you should have seen it up here, we made global news getting like 30 inches in two days and about to get more tonight. Makes me wanna get up and move to florida or cali. How long you think it took to kick in?
 
the tren kicked in mentally the day i injected it, but truthfully i am expecting more than what i got out of my shoulder workout today, though i really was edgy man, this dude wanted to work in every excercise, one of those older guys with a real hard on for youngens, mid life crisis age, he is chewin his gum like a real cocky prick and every thing i would go to literally he'd follow and try and do more weight which he couldn't but thats not the point. had my girl not been with me he would have a tren hole in his head. so i had aggression but usually i kill it on shoulders and it wasn't like my bi workout. i wasn't that impressed, so hope tomorrow or friday is the magic day. no sides at all though sleepin like a baby so i may bump to 50mg ed.

bmcado, man i run things for as long as i feel it is beneficial in terms of health, gains, recovery...etc, you have to do what works for you. what works for me might be completely different. i'd say 6 weeks at the most. but hey if the testes are not shrunk, the libido is high, and my bp is near 120/80 i will not hesitate to pump out 8. doubtful though cause i just started loading up on my primo for april. i am running near a gram a week with naposim dbols, arnie style. little prop in there maybe eq, have not decided, of course proviron. its taken me forever to get past 16.5 inch arms. if i can get them to 17 off cycle with the tren i will be so fucking stoked. when you have a 6 6 arm span its a bitch to fill out certain parts of your body.

sorry to rant dan, i ran around the track and realized the best way to give you an idea would be to shoot hoops cause i do that every week. i didn't feel winded at all just go real fucking hot and sweaty, noticably so. hope that helps you, the track didn't wind me but i don't run like i said so i dont' know what would wind me on there.

i'll be out of the midwest in a few years and back to arizona or cali. i just got in with a huge real estate company in the midwest so i am not going anywhere for a while.

HAha, too funny!!!! man this thread is killing me. I have to wait another 2 months before getting that sweet stuff flowing through my system. I was thinking 75mg a day but know thinking 50mg will do the trick.

Just to add to the discussion....I have heard many mixed reviews on the effects on liver values with tren. Is the combination of winny and tren killin the ol liver???

just take an easy man and watch out for your shoulders and chest, I read on this board that a lot of guys will pull and rip muscles because they grow faster then the tendants, so don't overdue it and keep maxing!

anyway i can't wait to start my tren with my eq and test cycle,
also keep me updated on your ACNE sides because this is one of the main things thats making me nervous about tren!
 
Bruce your about to get me on the tren wagon also. I just got done with PCT and need to take 3 months off before cycling. But guess what? I can't fucking wait because i'm addicted to this shit. Hey Bruce - watch your cholesterol on tren. Mine got whacked big time doing ace 75 mg ed for 8 weeks. When I say whacked I mean WHACKED. Single digits for the HDL and like 200 for my LDL. I promise you this....tren is good, but side free...virtually impossible. It is a pretty harsh compound bro.

had to take today off y'all. tomorrow i'm hitting back hard, i don't want to over train. i'll update tomorrow. today i shot .6cc of the 100mgprop/75mgtren blend, so i bumped a bit. still have slept fine and haven't gotten night sweats.

BM run the winny at whatever dose works for you, man i can't tell you what to do, you gotta figure things out what works for you and what not. i gain great off 50mg so there is no need to go up, with var i had to bump to 100mg ed to feel it. just dabble and use trial and error till you find you best cycle. i know eq or primo cycles are good for me as far as long runs are concerned, and that prop win and npp are great for short ones. if i recover well tren will be up there with them. i know the doses that work for me but i don't get them from people tellin me what to run. i ran 400mg eq didn't feel much for a few, bumped to 600, felt it more but not enough and then went to 800mg ew and loved it. thats how i do. i started the tren low and am working my way up
 
i would not bump it unless you need to man, its not about pyramids feel it out. you can't just listen to what people say, if i said take 100mg of adrol it seems like you would, you feel me.
 
im doin it more for prolactin issues and to cut as much as possible with the time i have left on this cycle........ as for what you said about drol, i dont touch dbol or drol.
 
just to let all know what my diet looks like i logged the past few days for ya.
every morning i eat 2 scrambled eggs and two sausage patties. i can't eat much early.
then i eat a turkey bacon bagel at lunch.
now its hard to get meals in between 3-5 so i am eating a lof of peanut butter, 2-3 pbj sandwiches till i get home. once i get home i do this which is the only stuff i count.
tues: pre workout oatmeal then post workout rasperry/banana/whey shake. then 1/2 pound salmon. hour later 1/2 pound filet. full box of butter corn. hour later about i eat another pbj or two, sometimes a whole grip of other junk. but the only thing i count is that 1lb of beef. i do not do shakes just the one after workout because it tastes good and doesn't make me feel bloated.
wed: same breakfast and lunch
dinner: order salmon avocado rolls, 10 peices of tuna sushi, 10 pieces of salmon sushi.
hour later .5 lb of chicken breast. pbj and a few chocolate bars
tonight : i ate same breakfast and lunch, for dinner 1 lb of tilapia, i can eat so much of that shit and .5lb of filet that i still need to polish.

so just a bunch of meat and whatever else i want, no protein shakes no supps just real food

Not comparing you to Jay Cutler Bruce but I saw a clip of him on the diet forum where he says he eats 35lbs of Fish (Orange Ruffy) a week. 5lbs of Fish a day!!!!! I wonder what else he eats with that. I would say I cant believe it but then I look at him and I believe it. Sorry not trying to hijack I just wanted to tell someone what I saw.

I would do ANYTHING in the world to have your metabolism. I know your probably a hard gainer and what not but you get the cake and your eating it too. Shit if I order mayonnaise on my whole wheat sandwich i'd gain a lb. of fat.

The stuff is good but definately turned me i nto an asshole. I swore I would never allow that but I am going to stay on it for a bit and just stay away from people for a while

My boy that just turned pro didn't drink one shake during his whole contest prep. Also if you can try to stuff down a half cup of oatmeal first thing in the morning with your first meal. It does make a difference when trying to add size. I try to get as much food as I can early cause I only have one break to eat at work at 10am and don't get another chance till 3-3:30 or sometimes later pending on whats going on at work. Sometimes I bring a shake cause I do get queezy and bad hunger pains at least 2 hrs before quitting time.

I hadn't thought about it lately, but I definitely could pack in a lot more meat instead of all these protein shakes. It's just the preparation that gets me. I'm not home until 8:00 most nights and the food around my office is starchy and shitty. It's just hard to prepare 16 chicken breasts every other night much less fish...

I was crusing post cycle fine until reading you guys talking about how good this shit is .....and also seeing you bro getting swole.......so today I started up another short 5 weeker..... haha ....nothin but love :)

I like both. Whey and steak. I eat about 2 steaks a night on average. Always top sirloin. I throw in some chicken from time to time but I dont like it as much. Steak it does the body good. And with all the steroids they stick into cows these days its like juicing all on its own.

Dude you're a full-on junky like me! I don't have any trenny tren tren yet, so I just went ahead and threw in 100mg of NPP into the syringe yesterday. I've never taken a full 3CC's of juice all in one shot before! I swear I notice it already. Put up 295#'s for the 1st time last night. Damn that felt great.

haha.....it will be a short 5 weeker with prop and winstrol before switching over to an additional 6 weeks with tren ace, prop, and masteron :p

you guys know my story...my diet is what is holding me back...i eat. I just eat soooo fong clean and not nearly enuff.....on 300mg cyp and 6 2 165 wwith 10 % I get nervois going over 3k........its the carbs I'm convinced carbs are what rrally make u grow.....oh how I'd love to be strong again and not be confused with a runner......i got nppp test tbol tren all in my dtawer I'm thinking of just hoping on and eating my ass off loaf of bread jar of pb lbs of steak n eggs oats by the canister please tell me at age 30 ill get ripped again even if my cals jump to 4 or 5k right now....

LOL For real bro its just a 5 weeker. I am going to try shorter cycles but more frequent and see what happens. I notice that the first 5 weeks are the best then gains decrease unless you bump and change gear etc. Plus I like fast acting drugs which favor shorter cycles.

sorry yall ive been out of town. i am gonna be on later tonight. the tren is still treating me well. the only thing i will say, and i don't know if its coincidence, but i feel kind of sick like i have the chills. don't know if its tren. i also definitely have very yellow urine, i am drinking 2 gallons of water now but its almost orange. makes me a bit nervous. i hope my prostate will be ok. the strenght is hear, and i don't know about others but my libido is thru the roof. hope it stays that way. i did not workout yesterday cause of business, but i will today. i am kind of sick but i'll update. also my biceps get painful pumps just from holding the cell phone up near my ear. thats not joke. i'll holler later.
 
what are you talking about diet pb man, didn't you read i'm a super ecto, i don't eat anything diet. jk your a good bro but don't turn my tren thread into your diet thread. that thing is like 8 months old and all it takes is to take in 4000 or more cals and suck up the fact that you might have to do a bit of cutting if you add some fat. you can get cut as hell at age 30 fuck you can at age 60.

for the update fellas i worked out today. felt great did back and i feel good. i am not going up from 37.5mg ed cause the blend has test in it and bumping up more than 50mg ed makes me feel those symptoms i think. i have another bottle of tren coming so i will do the tren a a bit higher and leave test at 50mg ed and see if i still get sick. the workout was sick. i bought cranberry and i'm on taurine, one thing i forgot to mention is if you don't drink enough you feel it in the kidney's for sure. i thought it was back pain but no. i say go for it for anyone that wants to try but make i won't run it much more than 5 weeks and make sure you do it right as far as water intake and doing bloodwork, its some strong as gear
 
well now that i have added cranberry and more water i think a lot of that back pump feeling was kidneys screaming. i don't get painful ones usually to complain about, but during my back workout the wings were cerainly inflated

if you listen brother i do not eat bread really. 2 lbs of meat minimum, lean beef, chicken or fish. i prefer tilapia right now cause i don't feel sick after i eat a whole bunch. the tren looks good. i'd run prop with the tren. i don't go by carbs and shit man, thats what i try to explain, i just get in 2lbs of beef and everything else is not even really counted. i go by what works, i grow off of that i know it. ive seen you, you are lean enough to eat like that and look great.
 
like i said before. get some chicken beef and fish in that diet. some eggs too. the shakes are not that necessary. oats are fine pre and post workout but not every meal. fat adds fat if you have too much i dont' care. you would be leaner if your diet was dialed in. youve added mass, a bit differently than i would like to but i think you can loose the fat and chisel down if you are able to add mass like that. good luck, i hope you learned to stop talkin so much shit

i do eat pbj man. this is not a diet thread. i said clearly "all i count is the 2lbs of meat" that is as technical as i get. i love pbj and chocolate and a lof of junk food. i do a shake with banana and strawberry's cause i like it. i don't count the cals in it or the carbs and protein. this is a tren thread man.
 
the dark urine had me alittle shook too for first couple tren runs. i was drinking at least 1.5g/day and still had dark urine. keep up the water and are u using anything for prostate health? if not do so, just my 2 cents. i will be starting my cycle next week which will have 6 or 8 weeks of tren hex in beginning at only 200mg/week, and i already started taking a prostate health sup. i don't want to deal w/ the whole felling of pissing golf balls through my urethra and pissing every 30min 24/7. prostate issues are the biggest turnoff in my case when it comes to tren. i never used anything for prostate before though.
 
i'm @ work now. i have it home. i bought it @ vitamin shoppe. 3 capsules daily gives u like 700mg saw palmetto among other very important prostate supplements. i'll give u exact name tomorrow. i've been using it about a week and i definately don't piss as much, and it shoots out harder, kinda how little boys could like piss across a room, but not quite that hard.

I love the pump when you're holding a cell phone up to your ear!!! Those are freakin' awesome! Same thing when you're trying to wash in the shower. Can't lift soap. Need to, wash pits--can't reach shoulders ahhhh!

Bruce....how is the tren affecting your sex drive and overall feeling of "health". I am running PF prop,winstrol, and proviron and was going to jump to the tren bandwagon but I am petrified of being naked with the chica with "pudding dick"....is everything good with you?
 
no pudding dick. i want to destroy my girl like its going out of style man. shit. if anything tren makes me more impatient for sex. remember i am only on a low dose. the sig is wrong i'm back to 37.5mg tren ed till i get my non blend so i can run more tren less test. but i'm weird man, i can run most roids with proviron and be a beast. on 800mg eq with some proviron, most of the time none, i was a beast. always horney. on enth and deca i lost my noodle for a day or two, got it back but could not nut for 3 months till i tried proviron. after that i quit aas for a while. i swore i'd never touch a thing again withouth proviron. i had run deca alone in the past with winny and nothing happened. it made no sense. so i talked to krish who doesn't like test as i blamed the test. ran eq alone with prov and loved it. no problems. now i did this prop cycle and was ok for 4-5 weeks. just started getting the chills and shit and its not sick cause i'm only getting it early in the day. i will be on tren soon with no test and proviron i'll really be able to tell you. as mentioned though i think test without proviron is the only aas that makes me limp. libido is fine though man, and i am a bit crabby but nothing major
 
also everyone i'd like to tell you guys that i am not as tall as i thought i was. my agent and family always told me i was. people in my fam who think they are 6 2 are wrong. and the only time i ever measured it was at the u of a where they do the hoopers. theylie cause it was 6 3 on there. i was with my boy from back in the day this weekend who is a legit 6 4. he was way taller than me. i went and measured it out with my own tape measure and i am around 6 1 maybe near 6 2. its only an inch or two but it makes a difference, now i don't feel so light for my height

You can't measure yourself accurately. Go to the gym and measure yourself on the scale. If it's one of the doctor's office scales, it'll have a measuring thing on the back with a bar that swings out.

6'2" is still too fuckin' tall. Five-foot-nothin' is where it's at. FUCK tall people.

sources lol. beach is my nucc, he's seen my girl for sure. its pretty damn hard not to be horney around her but test makes me a beast only and i stress only if i stay on proviron. if not too much test shuts down the ability for me to nut, not libido and not boners just nutting is the problem.

That's just weird man. That's the exact problem I had with Deca. And actually, when I started NPP last week, I noticed it took a little longer to nut--required a little more focus and vigorous fucking to finish. No problems, but I took some Proviron today just in case.

It's so funny how everyone reacts differently to this stuff. It's a very individual thing.

This thread is driving me crazy. I have tren at home and reading this makes me want to try it. But is only my second cycle, I've also been reading about EQ but damm you guys make tren sound so fuckin delicious that I want to get in on some. I had in my to run test E 500mg ew and I have tren ace but not sure at what dosage should I run that and how often. I want to gain muscle and not much fat. While on gear I eat as much as I can. So should I join the trenny tren tren group or should I opt out for the EQ and the Test E.

Bruce I think I am feelin how you feel...like superman in the gym....freakin unreal!......except I bumped the test to 75mg ed and 100mg winstrol for the first week. After only 4 days I am feelin so damn swole at the gym.....PF gear is sick fo sho.....I have never ran the prop but its great.....you should bump the test up a bit....it really adds thickness quick....

Did you drop the winstrol down for any reason???? YOu were using 75mg ed right? I am going to stick with 75mg ed and have my fingers crossed that all with be ok....however I do notice that I feel a little strange with the high dose winny.....almost like I had too much caffiene or something.....maybe the BP is up...you notice that at all?

if you read the thread you would see that i eat 2lbs of lean beef chicken and fish ed, i do not count cals or anything else for the 50th time. no 4-5k cal counting no cardio period. there is a whole page on that. i'm 25 be 26 in a month and i am not trying to compete. gear isn't even half the equation it just allows me to train like an animal and take in this many cals. tren makes me real hungry

i know i almost killed a few people now on it. it works great and the sleep has been fine so i'm not dropping it. but yea i am certainly very edgy and very hard to calm down once someone gets me going lol
 
i got into a rode rage fight my first time on tren, prop and win. this puerto rican dude cut us off hard, i yelled some shit in my car and kept on. we crossed each other's path at another intersection about 1/2 mile down, and he slowed down talking shit out his window. so i slowed down, he said something about white boy pussy, whatever. i said some shit back. he stopped his car and got out like what. i jumped out, walked towards him smirking, he was still talkin shit but more politely...this motherfucker swung, grazed my cheek, and i crippled him. i caught him in 1 of those over the shirt hockey moves, and punched him in the stomach, and side of head as he was going down. some guy stopped threatening he was calling cops. i just got back in my car w/ heart and adrenalin pumping and went on to mommy's house for mother's day. he was leaning up against his car. good thing i had temporary plates in back window w/ tint covering it. my pregnant wife was in car and couldn't believe her eyes. she was pissed. stupid. u never know these days who may have a gun but the tren had me ragin...bad. that was the first street "fight" i was in, in like 5 years, and the last.
