the-short-one said:ok, let's talk about DermaTherm. I hosed my entire bod with it this morning. Once I got it on, I smelled very strongly of cinnamon. the smell lingered all through my cardio. I don't know where I got raspberry from.
DermaTherm feels a lot like tingle tanning lotion. After you put it on, you get the 'pins and needles' feeling. It's not overpowering - I've used tanning lotion that's a lot worse. My skin got red for a few minutes and then it all went away. I didn't notice any extra sweating or anything like that while doing cardio. DermaTherm does leave a film on your skin that rubs off on clothing. Nothing severe, but noticeable when I changed clothes to go to the gym tonight. It came right off my shirt with a washcloth dipped in water.
DermaTherm is supposed to kill fat cells. I hope all of mine are dying a painful death as we speak.![]()

I have some questions: Is it for pre-cardio, only - or should I be using it daily no matter what? Can it be used more than once a day (before AM cardio and before PM weights), or is that overkill?

Not a matter of my liking it or not, it doesn't like me. While I don't have a full blown "allergic" reaction, I have intolerance problems. Consumed it causes a host of unpredictable inflammatory problems, internally and externally. I would LOVE to see this new look they talk about - but I see the competitions so regionally skewed - i.e. the politics of each state and area make it inconsistent across the board. You can even guess which bodytype will win by the different shows - e.g. the USAs vs the Nationals. If the state level organizations would pony up and stop being small-time in their views and be consistent across the board then you'd see some real improvement. But it needs to be tight, dramatic and consistent - meaning if you want to make the change in the sport, make it NOW - not piecemeal over the next several years because it won't happen. It will just cause more frustration among those competitors who are trying to make changes in their physiques to match what the judges tell them, and then they get screwed over in the target show.

Anavar has been a great experience no real sides...maybe oily skin. but good for me...only 1/2 calves thicker hair, and at the beggining...grrr I thought I was a lion...BUT I had other issues that may have made me as angy without it....so I can't blame the Anavar - oxandrolone - ...maybe the "bar" less...maybe I ned a drink!!! Party High...![]()

The w i n n y makes my hair, nails, & skin dry. I'm shedding a little. When I first started taking it, it also made my voice sound a little rough, but that's gone away. Strength went way up when I added it in. I think it makes me a little pissy and short tempered at times.

Also make sure you understand what it means 'half life' and 'detection time' - because these tell you how long it stays in your system if you don't like the sides.
Also never stack anything that you haven't run by itself at least once.
