How would you become anorexic?? Anorexia is not a side effect of dieting, it's a mental disorder, with physical effects....
Of course, that is a generality..... if it doesn't work for you, then modify it, cuz everyone is different....
15 x bodyweight is more for maintenance... but again if that's what works for you....
