I'm 18 and I currently have feelings for an older guy. I'm not positive of how much I like him, so I don't tell him that I love him or anything like that. Sounds like this girl is really into you. I wouldn't lie about that; I don't think she would either.

You need to dump her right now if you're trying to start a relationship with someone else. Or, dump her and say you still want to be friends.....and later, if she's okay with it, after she has gotten over you, THEN you could ask to see her once in a while (just for sex).
