Sharp pain in neck when taking stan tabs

New to cycles, but before I can even start on injectsd, i've been trying stan tabs. I get a severe sharp pain in the back of my neck, usually at night. Blood pressure is normal, I'm not sure what the problem is. Any help is appreciated.

Does the sharp pain feel like a muscle cramping up?

If so, you could use more water and potassium.

Eat some bananas!

If not.. well I have not a clue. Sorry.
