Well is not sweating, It's just feeling my heart bumping.
Anyway, after reading one thread about someone's experience with Frank Zane, I am trying that 2+4 sec ... Is fu^*# killing me. At the end, I do not have strength to do cardio. And during the rest of the day I am trembling and in pain ... Kinda like it.
I don't know if I am wasting my energy in vain, what do you think?
