Shall I keep eating? artrius, anyone ?

Hi guys, I don't know really if I am doing ok with my diet.
I have based it mostly on what I've reed here.
I'm about 130 lbs not much fat visible and not much flesh either !
The idea is to gain some muscles.

I am pushing like 2800 - 3000 cal in 6-7 meals. The cals come from about
90gr fats (most of them good ones, olive, flax, cottage).
210gr carbs (rice, oats, some sugar from fruit ...)
300gr prot (chicken, fish, read meat ... Not protein powders yet).
Supplementing with 10gr of aminoacids and about 3gr Creatine w/30gr dextrose postWO.

I try not to mix carbos and fats. I also try no to do much carbos before bed.

Working out 3-4 times per week, never more than two days on a row. Cardio after training (creatine and aminos in-between).

Looks to me like a solid diet, kind of high in cal for a 130lbs guy, but the thing is that I am feeling hungry ! Not mentioning that I feel like one of those automatic perfumers for public bathrooms, though I am not rose odoured ! :worried:

So far, am I doing ok?

Eating more is elevating the intake of all in the same proportion or shall I boost only the prots with some Whey?

What is then that sensation of empty stomach? Am I starting to eat myself or is just a sensation because of the healthy combination of food I am doing .. I mean, I can make the hunger go with some bread, butter an cheddar buy not with the same cal in cottage and low carbs Ryvita crackers ...

Please, explain me more.
Two more things, I can stand hunger with no problem. Eating is not a pleasure for me, so I don’t enjoy much more a chocolate cookie than a water cracker.
The other thing is that I am not sleeping well.

What do you mean, not much FLESH?????????? lol

At 130 bro, quite nit-picking over your diet........you are lean, you have room to mess up a little and overeat if it somes down to it..........this is from experience bro, I'm just now learning that it's not easy to stay 100% lean when trying to add weight.........EAT UP!
 
If you're still hungry while consuming 3000 cals, you prolly have a fast metobolism. You'll just have to eat more to compensate. Slowly increase portions at each meal to where you are gaining 1-2 pounds/week
 
Jkruz, booey, thank you for your time.

What I mean is that, for now, my bones and skin are expecting muscles !
I am a hard gainer, I guess that is to have a slow metabolism.

What do you think about the proportion fat/carb/prot?

I admire you people, BodyB is really life style that demands effort and discipline 24/7.

if it is size you are looking for then I would cut the cardio out altogether
