...You have to ramp it up as your body builds tolerance. 80mcg is overdosing if its your first 2 days. I remember I took 40mcg for a first dose once by accident (thought it was 20mcg, found out later it was 40) and during the middle of my shoulder workout I thought I was going to die of a heart attack. I left the gym, went to my bed, and was shaking all night for hours.
