Sexual harrassment....baffled..

One of my friend is having a hard time with his manager --who happens to be women-- as he is being accused for sexual harrassment because--he was told--the way he looked at her... and some casual jokes regarding boobs...

The truth is that she doesn like him at all and all she is trying is to bring havoc in his life...
What can he do?

What would happen when one is accussed by sexual harrassment?

Fired?

In a nutshell, if a woman wants to cause you trouble she would coem with this stupid sexual harrassment shit...It is her word against yours?

I know for a fact that recording phone conversations is illegal without both parties consent.

As far as I know recording a phone converdation requires both parties consent...to record someone over the phone covertly is illegal...as to a normal conversation---not over the phone--I am not so sure if it is legal as evidence..

Basically, if the 'victim' just SAYS that she/he is sexually harassed, then she/he will win.

He should have accused her first of sexual harassment.

Other than that, he should vandalize her car and office and whatever else he can get his hands on. She is making his life tough cause she doesn't like him, thus, he should do the same to her.
