actually nevermind I jsut read the second part. If she is 17 with a boyfriend you should stay away. Too young to make a sober decision let alone a drunk one and why fuck her up even more then she might already be.
Unless she's dating someone just as old as you, in that case I think the competition is fair and square and she's still fucking around so if you're desperate you could use that as an excuse.

oh well that aint too bad, I never saw a problem with having sex with ex gfs myself. I always hear people saying how terrible it is but I personally think it's the easiest sometimes hottest sex ever. You are already comfortable with each other and you can go as wild as you want without feeling bad about it. Of course it backfires sometimes but in most of my cases it wasnt too bad.
