Severe AST high

My AST is too high
I got my blood work done
Everything else pretty much came up in line or slightly out of range so I'm not really concerned
But how do I fix AST issues and what does it mean when it is twice the normal range. Mine is close to 100 total reading

Sounds like organ toxicity to me

add n2guard 7caps every day with food and make sure 2 hours away from other supplements

Are you on a steroid cycle?
Are you taking anything that would effect the liver like tylenol or alcohol?
