what is better super sets or the high/low low/high method for both strength and size. I have been doing super sets but it just seems to tire my muscles out a lot faster and i feel like i'm not meeting my potential. any input would be great

super sets are good occasionally. In my opinion the fatigue the muscle to the point that the next set suffers greatly. I use them as my last set usually. I usually warm up 2-3 sets w/ a relatively lt wieght and start my 1st set as my heaviest and work lower. The idea is to woek the muscle progressively to failure maximizing your lifts when freshest. LOL

as for what my goals are they are pretty much just to get a lot stronger and a lot bigger, i weigh about 185 pounds and have 15% body fat. i'm trying to get to at least 225 i know that is going to take time but i really want to find the best ways of getting there. i've been using t-bomb and human growth complex i've read some good things about them and that was the reason i decided to try them i also use creatine like most if you have any input on supplements as well if the ones i'm taking are a waste of money or if they are pretty good or if there is something that works better or anything.
