What is your heaviest sets on compound movements? 5 reps, 8 reps, etc...
I usually stick to 10, even on bench or squat. Sometimes 8. considering hypertrophy is my goal less prob start to move away from hypertrophy focus to strength focus.
I typically do 3-4 days per week and will do around around 18 sets per day so roughly 50-75 per week. Remember though, I am not trying to get huge but just trying to stay lean and add a pound or 2 of lean muscle per year.
