I'm doing a ketogenic diet, and I really like swallowing for my man.

Here's the problem - I've read conflicting reports about the nutritional composition of semen, and the fact that the carbs it contains are all fructose bothers me. Fructose preferentially reglycogenates the liver, which is not ideal for maintaining ketosis. My guy can be extremely sweet at times, and assuming that there are enough carbs to kick me out of ketosis, how much vigorous sex would it take to get back in? 20 minutes? Half an hour? Are there any especially anaerobically taxing positions that we could be doing? I'm thinking something with a lot of thrusting and squeezing would facilitate glycogen depletion the best.
