Seizure Letter

Hey bro's, I got a seizure letter from JFK customs. Has this ever happened to anyone before and what the hell should I do? Please help me, I am too pretty to go to jail!
 
Send your source a copy of the letter and ask him if he'll reship at a different address.
Besides that dont talk to anyone. Just throw it away and forget about it.
 
Don't try to claim your package! All they do is destroy your stuff after 90 days I think. Your address may be flagged by customs now so if you order again get a different addy.
I got one of those letters a few years ago and I just ignored it and nothing ever happened to me. Don't worry, your sexy ass is safe from from Brutus the ax killer.
 
Those customs agents are having fun on some of my stuff that got seized into one of their pockets about a month ago. It was via Chigago and some dude is laughing all the way to the gym. :(
 
Thanks for the advice so far guys. the guy is resending for free but I am afraid that my name will be on a list and that will get snagged too. He already resent it or else I would tell him to wait. I am probably fucked. What do you guys think?
 
I wonder if my source put a twenty dollar bill in my next pack that read "Thanks Mr. custom agent for not stealing my gear" Think my gear might make or would i get a big bribery charge? Cinnabar

flagging of addresses is not necessarily true, i mean do you think customs actually types in every address on every package and cross references it with a list of known people who have had packages seized?? i know a guy whose gotten three seizure letters over the past two years and still receives almost all his packages to the same address.

I agree i have had shit seized and my future shipments had no problems getting through.
 
By the way, you will be prob be getting like 2 more notices pertaining to the original siezure as the date to claim/contest draws to a close. Just keep trashing them and deny all, your name is not flagged in anyway for reasons like if I wanted to set you up and ruin your record..they don't work that way.
 
I don't think flagging an address is for stopping future packs from getting to you, what it is is that they will keep a tally on how many packs are getting stopped going to that addy. If the number and quantity becomes too large, then a controlled delivery would be next.

Look at your seizure numbers fellas. Mine had an -01 attached to the end. I'd be willing to bet if I got another sangged to this address there would be an -02 tacked on the end.
 
That is the first seizure I have ever had, my only problem is the guy resent the pack thinking it was lost in the mail. What do you think my chances are of ever seeing that?

Also, I am going to stop using this guy for a while and find a different source, I hope.

You guys think anyone will show up at my house?
 
BK do a "search" this topic has come up aloooot and you'll see advice that has been posted by knowledgeable people. On a side note unless you were getting enough to distribute then they won't waste their time but it's always smart to clean your place out for the next couple of weeks (that includes your computer..sent mails ect). You'll be fine buddy.
