Healthy though to take as a base supplement. Helps support liver primarily but also benefits the pancreas, kidneys, stomach, and spleen. Also if you have stiff joints it can help with that as well.
And to reduce blood pressure.

Alex, I have I ran it before and you are correct, it does lose its effect and at max dose you are just 'taking another pill' ... some people this it's BS ...
but actually it is NOT healthy for me & my kidneys ... those substances/teas/pills/etc containing diuretics in general ... it's interesting that you say that ... (please do NOT go quoting studies...)
FOr the record, I did NOT have adverse effects to the D Root though, nor can I say for sure it worked.
