Hey girl I was just looking back.. got about 8 pages back and decided to just ask...
When was the last time you took measurements, body fat, stats ??? I was just looking at your first page comparison till your now adays comparison and all I can compare is weight :rolleyes:
 
SG, I decided to try those Wasa crisps because I see them in here all of the time. I got the fiber version with oats and sesame...VERY good stuff! I spread avocado on it. Yummy!

Yup they are good. Hummus is also good on them, or sugar free strawberry smuckers :p

Last bf check I was 11.1% - that was May 3rd. My weight seems to hang close to where it is now, but the bf was still decreasing. I'm feeling like it's not moving down much more at this point. :rolleyes: I'm throwing in more LC days than I use to hoping it'll shake it up a bit.

I need to do measurements. Haven't done that in quite a while....maybe tonight! :twirl:

So you have put on roughly 10 pounds of muscle since JAN '06 :google:
WOW, that's more then I put on since August. Maybe I'll follow your plan next time around! ;)

Geez, I guess I didn't think of it that way! Well, I was 117 when I started my bulk (don't remember exactly when that was), went up to 125 and I hover between 126 & 128. I feel pretty good today, but I'm still dropping water from Monday's food. Abs are coming back in - they were pretty smooth for a minute there - lol

Hmmmmm, not too shabby.......:twirl: I really would like to drop to about 10% if I could....but I'm not gonna' kill myself to do it. I ate a little under 1500 calories yesterday and when I got up this morning, I was so hungry I thought I was going to hurl.....hence the banana 1st thing. I don't know how I ever consumed less than I am now!!!!!

I remember your log when you first started cutting and you would eat 800-ish or 900-ish cals and I'd wonder how you could survive on that. But you've made such AWESOME progress overall :verygood: Great job on putting on all that muscle!! I can't wait to personally meet you so you can share your tips with me in July, girl!

I DID?!?!?!?! I don't remember that! Holy Crap!!!!!!! I've always really LOVED food, so I was thinking I had to drop my calories. I'm going to have to go to the archives and see what I did!

The one thing I remember the MOST from when I first started here was LIFT HEAVY!!!!!! So I made sure I got my protein and I went to failure on almost EVERY set. Guess it worked!!!! lol
