It is on his hotmail account info.. when he replied from his email it had a name that is obviously not fake... he is hispanic. His email is in his profile... but the email name is not his real name.. well actually its his nickname plus his real last name.

I think the guys want some chance of getting the money or the Ldex. so if they post all this guys info, he will for sure not send anything to them. after they get their money back (if it works out for the better) then its up to them to release any personal info. you got the EF screen name, so that should be good enough for now. just avoid that name.

I hear what you are saying Bro but how many other Good Bro's are being ripped for their hard earned while we withold his info over $100 it just does not make sence IMHO. For the sake of $100 i would much rather save many more Bro's. Also if i did have all his info then you will get your $ back if you really want to so naming him will not be an issue.

shit! i am with you on your point actually. look at my first post on this thread, i was just as pissed as the guys who got ripped were. I absolutely hate that shit. i am the type that would have had the address/phone number and all that stuff posted faster than a mofo! screw my hundred bucks, i'd rather hang this guy out to dry on the board. BUT like i said, gotta respect how the guys want to handle it. after about 3 days or so since the guy said he would send.......i would expect some info posted though. i mean, it don't take much to priority mail cash or Ldex. he will have had ample time to make good, which i doubt is going to happen anyways. Its all good though.

Here's a thought - If everyone on the board was calling you a potential scammer, and you had logged in on Elite since the posts, wouldn't you post on the thread to defend yourself if in fact you WEREN'T a scammer.

Agreed Bro. If he has not semt priority now then he is either trying to buy some so as to carry on scamming others or he really just does not care.
