Thats $2000.00 He orders 2 bottles of LDex to send to the only 2 people making a stink just so they don't post his name and address all over the board, or have his ass kicked. Or he is just stalling to try to get outta dodge. I think this fuck needs named, I don't mean screen name, I mean real name and address. If he is going to law school at BCS I can get him hooked up real quick like, I've got a couple good friends down there that love to practice their ass beating skills.

I've got a real name, and i tracked down a phone # but there is no answer at it now... no machine.. nothing... His name is not all that common and its listed in Laredo TX at a different address then the one he had people ship money too.

There is someone with his same last name who lives on the same street as the address he used.. its only off by a couple numbers.

I have to agree with Jdabs on this one as he's using the same logic as me. But we should be able to know VERY EASILY if he does in fact purchase Liquidex from the Liquidex guy, or even if he already has.

It is on his hotmail account info.. when he replied from his email it had a name that is obviously not fake... he is hispanic. His email is in his profile... but the email name is not his real name.. well actually its his nickname plus his real last name.

He never did sign his name though and went I sent the cash I used his EF screen name.... i know.. pretty lame.

You won't have to spend anymore money to get it dealt with, just name the name and address and it will be dealt with. Did you know that if you pay someone to beat someone up the charges are considerably higher than if someone just beats someone up for doing somethign bad to a friend.

There's also someone with the same FIRST name. He's a JUNIOR which means there is a SENIOR... his father... nearby. They both have the same name. It actually appears from my search that he has several relatives in laredo.

Obviously you haven't learned a lot in law school. You don't go to the DA for a federal mail fraud crime. You go to the Postal Inspector... and there is NOTHING illegal about buying Liquidex.

Every time you logon, it gets logged.

That is not entirely correct. Many Colleges have math labs and study halls that have computers that are online and as long as your using a free email account and not the university's then it won't show up with you logging into the university's system. There would be a long of the free email you used however that doesn't mean you would be any further along in your search since you already know his email.

Now hopefully he did have to login to their computer to get access, but if he didn't it's just a matter of a little more research to get the little scamming bastards info.

Anyways, they have the address that they sent the money too, that is enough to get a real good start on where that little punk really is.

I think the guys want some chance of getting the money or the Ldex. so if they post all this guys info, he will for sure not send anything to them. after they get their money back (if it works out for the better) then its up to them to release any personal info. you got the EF screen name, so that should be good enough for now. just avoid that name.

shit! i am with you on your point actually. look at my first post on this thread, i was just as pissed as the guys who got ripped were. I absolutely hate that shit. i am the type that would have had the address/phone number and all that stuff posted faster than a mofo! screw my hundred bucks, i'd rather hang this guy out to dry on the board. BUT like i said, gotta respect how the guys want to handle it. after about 3 days or so since the guy said he would send.......i would expect some info posted though. i mean, it don't take much to priority mail cash or Ldex. he will have had ample time to make good, which i doubt is going to happen anyways.
