Anyway, I saw one of those scales that measure your weight and body fat at the store and on a link from fitday.com. It does say, not to be used for extremely fit people or athleates.....
How close is this machine to an actually using a body fat caliper? a couple percentages off or alot?
If no good, where online can I get a decent body fat caliper at a reasonable price? I want to stop looking soo much at weight and start looking more on BF %.
