Watch the last two and then watch it. It will be than OK in light of those two.

The only thing I didn't care for was the lizard/solo cycle chase. That was just unnecessary and there for no other reason than to waste time.

The Sith rocked. He was so bad ass. He would have killed Mace Windu as well, but instead he didn't as he knew Anakin would interfer and he played helpless just to so the contradictions of the Jedi counsel.

I think you're wrong. Mace had already knocked Sidious' light saber out of his hand, (before Anakin came into the room). Windu would have taken him if Anakin wouldn't have stepped in.
