Sarms1 customer service

I ordered a triple stack to Canada 15 days ago, it arrived yesterday. Right in te window of 14-21 days they said it may take. That being said, it would have been here much sooner, as it sat in customs for 7 days with the tracking update "item arrived damaged to Canada, sent for processing" I was pretty pissed. That being said, my package arrived stained pink from the broken container, upon opening it, one bottle of gw was smashed to hell. Not because it wasnt packaged well, someone at the post office appeared to stab something through the package I sent a quick email to sarms1 with pictures, and this is the reply I got
"Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this situation might have caused.

Unfortunately we unable to control the post office's handling of the our packages.

However, customer's satisfaction is our main priority. Therefore we are going to reship the broken bottle( one GW) to remedy the situation. "

I didn't ask to have it replaced, they just offered to send it no questions asked.

Can someone answer this question for me? HOW MANY COMPANIES DO THAT?? That is absolutely not their fault in any way... YOU DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR IT! That's why they are here... I personally screened them before they were even allowed here and this is one of the reasons why! That's great to hear man... Im happy you had a great experience...
 
I can also attest to their great customer service. Im glad they are here because I have heard nothing good things about sarms1 from everyone who has tried their sarms.

Good company. I ordered 2 bottles of GW but didn't select the free bottle option and emailed them about it. They offered me a the free bottle on my next order. That service is really awesome.

Thanks for sharing! Unfortunately most posts about customer service in general are people complaining, so its great to hear someone so satisfied.

Like we've said from the start, Sarms1 doesn't mess around - they are the real deal and their customer service it incredible.
 
Well, I'm just going to say a couple more words. I have been on my tri-stack for 8 days now, and am ramping my albuterol[currently at 8mg]. All I can say is that I believe I'm a hyper-responder to SARMS, and that these must be pretty potent. I started my usual cutting diet/ cardio regime, and I'm losing weight too fast. I ended up having to add a meal to try and get a few more calories. Like I said, I will do a review after with before and after pictures.

SARMS work well, you just have to have high quality stuff like S1. Can't wait to see your before and afters friend.:coffee:
 
Anyone that has any experience whatsoever dealing with customer service at chem sites knows first hand that about 99% of their customer service is horrendous... SARMS1 MAKES IT A POINT to EXCEL with their customer service... They go ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty... They are truly one of a kind IN EVERY APSECT...
 
First time on this site guys. I just ordered three bottles of gw from S1 and didnt k ow about the bogo deal. I didnt even email them about it they emailed me and told me that they added two more for free! Excellent customer service so far. Does anyone know what their shipping times are like to the us?
