I ordered a triple stack to Canada 15 days ago, it arrived yesterday. Right in te window of 14-21 days they said it may take. That being said, it would have been here much sooner, as it sat in customs for 7 days with the tracking update "item arrived damaged to Canada, sent for processing" I was pretty pissed. That being said, my package arrived stained pink from the broken container, upon opening it, one bottle of gw was smashed to hell. Not because it wasnt packaged well, someone at the post office appeared to stab something through the package I sent a quick email to sarms1 with pictures, and this is the reply I got
"Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this situation might have caused.
Unfortunately we unable to control the post office's handling of the our packages.
However, customer's satisfaction is our main priority. Therefore we are going to reship the broken bottle( one GW) to remedy the situation. "
I didn't ask to have it replaced, they just offered to send it no questions asked.
