SARMS RAD140 and SR9009 Log

Going to be starting a new log today of a new SARM RAD140 and the new metabolism boosting "exercise in a bottle" drug SR9009.

Here is some info on RAD 140:

Even just a few mg of RAD140 has anabolic effect

Looks very promising, going to be running it at 10mgs for 4 weeks. Keeping it short because there are still a lot of unknowns.

SR9009:
New drug mimics the beneficial effects of exercise

Going to be running it at 5-10mgs, though I've seen some run it up to 20mgs. Will be stacking it with creatine as it has the ability to create new mitochondria.

My plan is to attempt a recomp. Bodyfat right now is high at 17% and weight as of this morning is 221lbs.

Just a note, I'm not being sponsored by any sarms company to do this, so I'll have no trouble saying this stuff is garbage if it is. But if it does work out, maybe it can be something the board sponsors might consider carrying in the future.
 
Took 10mg of RAD 140 and 5 mg of SR9009 this morning. It's been about 2 hours and I have a lot more energy than I ever would on a Monday morning so I can definitely feel it working. The only other product I'll be using is mk677 at night. I'm hoping I don't have trouble sleeping at night. Hopefully dosing it early enough in the morning will help
 
Here's some more info:
RAD140 has a greater anabolic effect than testosterone, but fewer androgenic side effects. When the researchers combined RAD140 and testosterone, RAD140 reinforced the anabolic effects of testosterone, but reduced the androgenic side effects of testosterone on the prostate. That might mean that RAD140 can make testosterone cycles more effective and safer.
 
Both compounds are looking very interesting. RAD140 is still in the pre-clinical studies but it's looking promising (RAD soon gets into the Phase I Study). I hope you made some bloodwork - better stay on the safer side when experimenting with pre-clinical research chemicals. In combination with MK-677 your cycle could be promising. Will definitely follow. Good luck.
 
I actually had bloodwork done about a week ago. That's a big reason why I'm keeping this a short cycle.
 
Don't want hijack the thread just a little information: SR9009 was tested in mice with no Rev-ErbAα protein (rodents generally don't have it). By activating with the SR9009 the same pathways all the effects could be achieved (lower bloodfat (triglycerides), better cholesterine, better HDL, lower LDL). All these points were achieved by better skeletal muscle metabolic activity (also the cell cultures had it, good sign). But the main point is that humans have this named protein. It's unclar if the results from mice could transferred on humans. Even Burris (the creator of SR9009) says that.

Glad you made a bloodworkt it will be especially for you to see the changes (if there are any of SR9009). But RAD140 should definitely work :)
 
Had a great workout last night, did back and biceps. Spent about an hour and a half working out, had a lot of energy, breathing was much better than it has been. Weight this morning wa 218.4lbs so I must have been holding some water weight yesterday. Only thing I've noticed is that my eyes are really dry, but I don't know if I can contribute that directly to these compounds.
 
hey man, good log, iv subbed. do you you think rad140 is a stronger/more anabolic sarm than lgd4033? and what hunger like on it?
 
It's kind of early to tell how strong it is yet. I was noticeably stronger in the gym yesterday.
As for hunger, I haven't noticed any change, but I'm always hungry

science seems to be evolving so quickly, it so exiting. in 10-15 years time i think the 300lb stage weight will start becoming a very achievable target.
 
Missed my workout last night, couldn't make it to the gym, there was a major ice storm here. Muscles are definitely feeling much harder after only a few days. Recovery has been quicker as well.
 
Had another great workout last night, hit shoulders, traps and abs. Feeling stronger with a lot more energy in the gym, could have stayed there 2 hours. Seems pretty comparable to something like gw. Definitely noticing that I'm starting to look leaner already.

I've also noticed I can go longer between meals without getting hungry and needing a snack. I can still eat a lot, just seems like my blood sugar is more stable.
 
One other thing I noticed so far is that some of the sarms especially ostarine, tend to raise my blood pressure, but I haven't seen that so far
 
Leg day yesterday, another strong workout. Big thing I noticed was being to able to breathe much easier and not getting winded after heavy squats and deadlifts. That's big for me since I have asthma. Still leaning out, weight is still coming down slowly, but muscles feel full and hard. Even though I'm dieting, still lifting as strong as during a bulk. So far so good.
 
I have read that LGD causes some shutdown around week four of a cycle. Seems RAD is similar to LGD let us know if you experience any shutdown/suppresion. Are you using a test booster?
 
I'm using some hcgenerate to mitigate any shutdown. Still not sure what it best compares to, lgd is great, but I retain water on it, no bloat on this. It's still early though.

Had another strong workout yesterday, chest and tris. Was a little more tired after working legs the day before. Taking today and tomorrow off.

Really think if I added s4 this would be a killer stack for sarms.
 
Only thing I have to report is leg discomfort, like muscle pain, very similar to the first time I used lgd. This probably will make leg day more difficult.

I've gotten a lot stronger over the past week though. Did back and biceps today. Hit three new pr today. I'm not talking about test + tren strong, but impressive for sarms. Excedrin helped the leg pain, which is concentrated in my quads and hips. I think it might be related to mk677 I'm using and water retention. Might drop that to see if it helps. If that doesn't work I'll drop the dose of the rad140.
 
Also I'm 33 years old and haven't had this much acne since I was a teenager. Hopefully tanning will help

If that is the case i may play guinea pig for rad140 in the near future. Exiting stuff
 
My leg soreness has mostly subsided, pretty sure it was related to the mk677 and retention of water. Taking a day off today, have leg day tomorrow.

Cycle has been good so far, looking noticeably leaner, but have only lost 3lbs even while dieting. Will this stuff replace test or tren, of course not, but a solid product so far nonetheless. My only concern at this point is the lack of human studies for the drug.
 
Leg day today, muscle soreness and stiffness in the legs has disappeared. Still feeling stronger, hit another personal best today.

Best I can compare it to is lgd, maybe a little stronger

I can tell it is probably suppressive, though bloodwork would be needed to confirm that.

I do feel as though my blood sugar is much better regulated, can go for longer between meals without getting that hypo feeling. No more snacking on junk.

there are so many new compounds i want to try! so rad140 would be great for cutting/recomp as it is roughly as anabolic as lgd but less hunger increase?
 
I think a rad140 / s4 stack would be really great for a cut. May add some in. Plus the sr9009 provides a nice boost in stamina, very similar to gw
 
Did chest and triceps today, still feeling much stronger than normal. Hit another personal best today on the bench press. Continuing to lean out without much movement on the scale, so I'm pretty psyched about that.
Unfortunately I'm starting to get a cold so that might hamper my progress, trying to fight it off though.
I always get sick when the weather starts to change

Hopefully I'll recover soon and get back to the gym, I just hate missing more than a few days since I only planned on running this stuff for 4 weeks. Worst case I run it a little longer or maybe I should stop and try again in the future, although I had planned a test and eq cycle in the future

That bug is nasty!!! It's really going around. Keep an eye on it in case it turns into a sinus infection. If so get azithromyosin asap.

It's a sinus infection, luckily I got some levaquin from my doctor on Friday . Starting to feel a little better today
 
I'm back in the game, hit the gym last night even though I wasn't feeling the best, still had a good workout, not my best but strength was still noticeably up, even after being sick for a couple of days. Took a bodyfat measurement this morning, down 1.6% over the past 2 weeks, but my weight hasn't changed much at all. Even had 2 compliments from people that I'm looking leaner. Diet hasn't been the best over the past few days either. Since I missed some time, I'm considering extending this cycle an extra week or 2. Haven't had much to report of any side effects other than some stiffness in my legs.
 
Still going strong with rad140 and sr9009. Endurance feels very similar to gw. Strength is up, finally hit 315lbs on the barbell bent over row for reps yesterday . Aggression is up as well, been feeling like fighting lately, but I'm told old for that nonsense. I've been stacking 25-50mg of s4 with it and it seems to have made a big difference, I really like this combo, more so than lgd and s4 even
 
any bloat or suppresion on rad140?

I had some water retention on it, so I've been using some Letrozone that I had laying around and it helped get rid of it pretty quickly. I've been using hcgenerate as well, so I think that may helping with any suppression.

Hit another personal best on the incline barbell bench last night, which is great for me, because when I go heavy on barbell presses, my tendonitis flares up in my wrist / forearms. But I've had no problems at all with tendonitis since I've started this.

Coming to the end of my 4 weeks, I'll have a full report on it soon.
 
One more thing to mention is my heart rate has been lower since I started, by up to 20 / 25 points lower when doing cardio which makes it much easier.
 
Sorry for not updating this in awhile, got busy with some personal stuff.

I decided since I was making good progress to extend the run at least another 2-4 weeks. Muscles have been feeling very full lately, strength is great as well as stamina. No major side effects to report. My diet hasn't gone as well as I've liked, I need to cut back on the carbs a lot more. Right now I'm at 222.4lbs at 15.7% bf (higher than I'd like to be, but I look leaner than before). So after 5 weeks, I'm down roughly 2.5% bf while my weight is up by 1-2lbs.Not earth shattering results, but not too bad considering my diet hasn't been great (I take in 350 gms protein / day but my carbs have been too high) and the fact that for one of those weeks I was sick in bed for most of it.
 
Also just joined a new gym with a lot of different equipment so hopefully that helps enhance my gains
 
One more thing to mention, today I measured my biceps, they're up a .25 inch since I started which isn't bad since I was stuck for a little while
 
I just started s4,gw and have aicar coming. Want to cut fat but want to gain a little on chest and biceps. Do you think the rad would be safe to add. Gonna run 12 weeks
 
You can use it, I haven't had any side effects that I know of yet, so use it at your own risk. Let me know how you like it.
 
Rad140 is probably the best sarm I've used, and I've tried them all. Still making solid gains.

Was reading that it has an anabolic/androgenic ratio of 90:1, and that it works to block the effect of testosterone on the prostate, which is impressive.

A downside right now is the cost, but hopefully that comes down in the future.

I haven't noticed any shutdown sides, actually feel really good.
 
Would your endurance that is gained from sr9009 decrease once you come off of it? Or could you maintain it if you keep up the cardio amongst other things? I've read good reviews on the endurance that sr9009 gives.
 
I imagine that my endurance will decrease somewhat once I discontinue the s9009, though I've been keeping up with cardio so I'm not expecting a total crash or anything like that. Yeah the endurance effect is quite similar to gw

Rad140 is definitely my favorite of all the sarms, I've tried them all and I have by far made the best gains with this one. It's up there with any aas.
 
The endurance is great on sr9009, did 10 sets of farmers walk today with 120s, by the end I was soaked in sweat and felt like my arms might snap by the last set but I wasn't winded at all, which I normally am since each walk is length of the gym
 
From what I've read online, the recommended dosages run from anywhere to 3 to 30mgs per day for the Rad140. I started at 5mg, then 7.5, and 10. Haven't gone any higher than that. At 30 mg it probably would start getting too expensive (I could buy a large quantity of aas for that price) until the prices start coming down. At 10mg there are really no side effects other than increased lean muscle mass. I'd consider going to 15mg, but probably that would be my max. If you try it post a log

As for sr9009, I've been running it at 15-20mg, which is what I've seen in most other logs online
 
It was too good to end after only 4 weeks, still making nice gains 7 weeks later. Endurance and strength are definitely comparable to anabolic steroids.
 
When should you take Rad 140 if you workout in the evening? I just started a bottle and have been taking it with pre workout along with an NO. After an hour or so I feel as if I can workout forever. Not sure if it's the NO or 140
 
Hey man, did you get any bloods done on your cycle?

Mk-677 does boost IGF-1 and has been proven with bloods, but RAD-140 and SR9009 have had no bloods done up to now. Just wondering if you did manage to as the dosages may well correlate with how much suppression it gives a person.
 
Was going to get blood work done tomorrow, but I'm putting it off for a week or so because I have bronchitis and on medications so that will skew my blood work. Didn't really notice any shutdown effects. Just started pct the other day though. I was able to make solid gains, and cut about 10lbs while getting strong strength gains and adding quality lean muscle.
I'd definitely consider running it again or throwing it into my next aas cycle. There were really no side effects
 
I'm going with a basic clomid pct 50mg for 4 weeks along with some gw as it has anti-catabolic properties and hcgenerate. Still have a leftover bottle of letrozone from n2bm that I could use as well.
 
Yeah the 90:1 ananolic:androgen ratio and partial antagonizing effect against test on the prostate, and not to mention your take on its effectiveness make this seem like the ideal drug. Thanks for posting
 
Yeah, no problem keeping the gains I made so far. Strength is still good, though I've backed off the weight due to some lingering neck issues. The nice thing about sarms is that most of the gains are lean muscle gains without the bloating like aas.
 
i agree, just finished my osta S4 stack and feel great. going to give the rad140 a go in 3 weeks. anxious to see the results.
 
Would you say these two are better than the traditional S4, Ostarine, GW-501516 stack? I'm looking to do my 1st cycle.
 
have not tried the rad140 yet but i did just finish the stack you described and i feel great. you will like the results. train hard.
 
JTMDell.........thanks so much for this log. Very interesting........I'm on week 6 of an LGD and GW run and have had very good results with it. I think I'll try the RAD 140 and S9000 on my next run. I'm on TRT, so the stronger SARMS work great for me. Thanks again for sharing your info with us, especially non-sponsored. Tons of value when folks do that.
 
I'm currently looking into starting another cycle. I wanted to do another LGD run, but I think i might try SR and Rad together. It seems like it would be a waste to use LGD with RAD, correct?
 
I'm planning on doing a classic triple stack and then this.

Where I can get RAD140 that have also SR9009, my supplier does not have 9009, how can I stack it? Would be very appreciated is someone sent me a PM

OP, did you ever get blood work done? I just got my SR9009 and RAD140 in the mail last night. First dose this AM and about to hit the gym in an hour or so. What dosage on each did you end up topping out at? You take them at the same time in the morning, or space them out?
 
I may start a thread about it and update here and there with things that I notice, but I won't be doing a full-on daily log.

How is your libido on RAD? Compared to test inj if you ever have or ifwilling to share?

If we're trying to find an alternative to Testosterone, this is a pretty important question?
