I was wondering if anybody had any experience in sport performance and the use of SARMS. I am coming of an injury and have been running osta at 22mg per day and just added LGD 3 mg per day to the mix. I am doing outrageous amounts of plyo and squatting which would normally destroy my knees and bother my once torn acl. I am noticing a lethargy during the day, but once exercise begins it is replaced by never ending stamina in the gym. Has anybody ever used these compounds for sports performance? I would be interested in your results pertaining to strength, motivation, endurance, libido/mood, and explosiveness. I have noticed no direct strength gains from ostarine, but certainly an ability to increase workout intensity and duration which has vicariously translated to gains. I am inquiring about all sarms btw, not just ostarine. Would love to hear some LGD stories
