sarms worth it for female?

I'm a female who's curious about learning about SARMs. I was wondering if it was worth it to try SARMs. I was looking at maybe taking 25 mg of Ostarine per day solo. Do you think a 12-week run of that would be a good solution or should I try something else? I'm 5'6" and 138 lb, and I would like to get more gains in the gym.

sister, I think that ostarine would be a good option for you. Maybe try 20 mg a day and then go from there.

Females can absolutely use SARMs. They are very effective. Just make sure you're getting quality SARMs. Make sure you use Umbrella.

Things like LGD S4 and Ostarine are all good options but the number one is GW, which isn't actually a sarm but it's very effective at fat loss and endurance.

- Ostarine at 15 mg a day
- GW at 20 mg a day
Try that for 12 weeks. You'll get great results.
