have you guys seen the vid of him repping 405 for 20, omg its insane. search for it on youtube, talk about jaw dropping. the sick part is he probably had another 4-5 reps in him.

ive done rack lockouts with 725-750 and holding that for like 2-3 seconds is extremely painful. fucking mendy and bench monster are built like silverbacks, i cant imagine how much pain they go through doing full ROM reps with 3-400lbs more than i can lockout 6" lol
