If i wanted to get my 2.4km run time from 22mindown to 10min or below and i had 22days to get to that time, what distance do you reckon i should run everyday?
Sorry to tell you this, but i dont think it is possible. I have been running cross country for 3 years and it takes me about 3 months to drop from say 20 minutes to 18 minutes for a 5 k run.
You might be able to knock off at least a few minutes but you wont be able to cut your time in half that quick.
