Running winny only to cut. What kind of diet?

thanks for hte advice guys! Ill definately get this stuff sorted tomorrow...
I now have a template but im still not entirely sure of what I need in my diet..calorie/protein/fat etc wise..
Would somthing like muscle milk suffice for the protein shakes?

also i really freaking love bananas..and i bought a good bit of them...can i still eat them with my protein shakes?

Also how many calories should I be looking to burn now at 45 mins of cardio...that puts me at about 5-700 depending on if im doing resistance bands whilst on the bike..

75mg is to high a dose - 50mg max. This will shut you down so be prepared to be walking round with no testosterone in ur system - I would recommend at least 20mg test a week.

Is that a first cycle? If so, forget the AAS and focus on diet.
 
So I've decided to throw some test in and drop the winny to 50mg.
I'm thinking of 250 mg a week. How does this sound? Should I drop the winny down to 25?

Also after breakfast its so hard to throw in a protein shake 3 hours later and then one after lunch..ahh its just too brutal..
It seems like I'm putting in too much to lose my gut...

Should I just power through it and eat/drink?
 
I do plan on taking some glucostamine, milk thistle and omega 3-6-9 for the liver stuff..

Should I bump the mg down to 50 and throw in test with it?
I'm not really trying to bulk up just cut the fat and get some muscle..
winstrol doesnt burn fat at all iv been told this a multiple times from the smartest at elite. Does anyone agree
