Running winny only to cut. What kind of diet?

Im about to start running a winstrol only cycle to get cut and I'm not entire sure what kind of foods I should be eating. I'm 5'9 and 210 lbs. I'm overweight and Id like to be able to feel comfrotable taking my shirt off by the end of this cycle.

My diet goes like this.
For breakfast I usually eat a banana shake with fat free milk and 5 or 6 almonds thrown in.
Between breakfast and lunch I eat strawberries, watermelon and whatever else kind of fruit to keep my energy levels up and I try and eat a late lunch of grilled chicken salad(no cheese or crackers) at around 4.
I get home from work around 8 and I immediately start my cardio(90 minutes on my excercise bike) I then do a little weight lifting(15-20 mins) and have another banana shake and goto bed.
On days I dont work I usually eat around the same stuff just(maybe eggs for breakfast and a grilled chicken patty for lunch or dinner).
I burn around 1000 calories a day through cardio and I do resistance training all day at work to help tone(700 ish reps of everything i can think of).

I plan on doing winstrol orally @ 75mg ED(25mg three times a day) for 6 weeks.

Does this diet seem ideal?
I'm kind of grabbing at straws here.

This sounds like a hepatoxic disaster....It's not the brightest idea to run a cycle of solely winstrol, especially oral....

Learn how to construct an effective cutting cycle before asking diet ?'s....Test should be the base of every cycle...

I prescribe cardio 5x a week and a calorie deficit.
 
whith that overtraining you should lose 15-20 LBS over 6 weeks.
some water some muscle and even some fat.
no real need for the winny but what ever floats your boat.
 
I do plan on taking some glucostamine, milk thistle and omega 3-6-9 for the liver stuff..

Should I bump the mg down to 50 and throw in test with it?
I'm not really trying to bulk up just cut the fat and get some muscle..

I would definately recommend throwing some enanthate or cyp in...actually, I would run the test alone before even thinking about the winny alone...

Have you ever considered Clenbuterol?

Also, try taking Green Tea extract pills on a cosistent basis throughout the day at 6 caps/day...It has some amazing fat burning qualities.
 
You need to get that diet in order before taking any drugs. I doubt you will see any results from your winny cycle without a good diet.

Think of it as "i want some winny to go with my diet", not "i need a diet to go with my winny".

Ditch all the fruit post breakfast and eat lean meat and vegetables for all other meals. Post workout take in 50 grams of protein with some oats.
 
I would get some test up in there man or somthing else to stack with the winny, You wanna make sure you keep muscle while cutting. Ive made the grave mistake myself and lost a bunch of muscle that way....live and learn
 
you will not be happy with the results if your diet is like that. it doesnt matter if you run test or not with the winstrol. get the diet in check first, youll see results within 1 week if you have a good diet, doing cardio, and a good resistance/weight training program. 90 minutes of cardio and only 15 minutes of weigh training is not going to cut it. 45-60 minutes of weight training/abs and 30-45 minutes of cardio 4-5 days per week will work wonders. you are only eating 4 meals, and i wouldnt even consider them meals, that diet is headed towards disasters and binge eating. you want to eat at least 6 meals per day. you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and throw in a protein shake with some oatmeal mixed in between those meals. let me throw out a sample diet for you.

breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal or 2 slices of whole wheat bread. some egg whites with 1-2 yolks or protein shake.

snack: protein shake with 1/2 -1 cup of oatmeal

lunch: 1-2 grilled chicken breast with a cup of brown rice or 2 slices of whole wheat bread.

snack: protein shake or same as above

dinner: grilled fish or chicken or a can of tuna, salad or other veggies.

before bed/last meal: 1 cup of 1% cottage cheese or fat free cottage cheese

these are just examples, there are tons of substitues so that you can fit this diet into your day.
