jlowe, you did the right thing by posting the question on here instead of relying on "that book". Beneficial in what ways? What are your goals?

I have not read his book, and sounds like he didn't give dosages, but do you know if he used depot or tabs? That would be a lot of daily injects if he did it year round. 2mg/day of winny, I am not sure what that's going to do for you bro.......I would stick with Ronnie Coleman's endorsed product line instead.

Note that stanozolol is 17-AA, but not quite as hepatoxic as some, but I would not recommend running winny any longer than about 8 weeks, neither would your liver.

At the low doses you would need to take in order for winny to not fuck up your liver, it would probably do nothing...and would probably still fuck up your liver. The only compounds I can see running year round at low dosages are probably test, primo and eq.

Only thing i've ever heard of year round was deca at a real low dose to keep your joints feeling good. But even that i wouldn't recommend. You should always take a break.

my best friend ran winny for 2 straight years eod injections of 50mg, it was sydgroup winny we used to get it from a local guy in zona. his liver was fine at the end, bp alright, his cholesterol was fucked and he had almost no blood platelettes. your joints are gonna pay a severe price even if you are as lucky as him. conseco said you can take deca, winny, anavar, and a few others year round as if it were matter of fact, he knew how to use for benefit in sports but he hasn't a clue what is safe. oh yea his wife is in playboy and she won't comment on if she used, but she incinuates that she did, also she comments on jose's small nuts, she compared them to tony gonzalez whom she is dating now. funny shit, guess jose didn't know about hcg
