Depends on different things so just shoot for somewhere between there and gauge your progress on a weekly basis. If you're gaining or losing too much weight you can adjust calories from there.
I would think around weight x 14-15 would be enough to maintain, but it really depends on the metabolic rate which can raise the maintenance levels to weight x 18+.
im 6 1 260 im guessing around 16-17% bodyfat. I havent been doing any cardio, just lifting 5x a week and also throw shotput and run some sprints. I wanna drop a little bit of bodyfat b4 the season.
