First and foremost I'm a newbie, so if there's rules I missed reading about besides the ones at the bottom, please let me know.
I'm 36 years old, been lifting weights to stay in decent shape since I was about 20 (right after I joined the Army). I've never considered my self a "body builder" because my genetics aren't great and no matter what I've done I just can't get the "jacked" look. I weigh about 195lbs, measure at 15% bf, max bench on a good day is 265, DL is 335 and squat about 375; overall I "look" in good shape; not the most impressive, but I try. I've seriously considered trying a PH and have researched the hell out of Havoc and Halo. I would like to keep it as basic as can be and my biggest fear is gyno, what would y'alls advice be for during cycle and PCT. Mind you keeping things simple. I'm not looking to MAX out my liver, so havoc would be 10/20/20/20 and Halo similar (twice a day evenly spaced out). Even now with no PH I take GNC liver health, Milk Thistle, MF Assault pre-workout, Whey and multi-vitamin; and ZMA about an hour before bed. Thanks in advance.
