Hi guys, for about 7 to 8 weeks now me and my gym partner have been training pretty hard usually 3 to 4 exercises per muscle group with ten reps each set upping our weights each set, thinking of changing it up and would like to know your views or lower weight training with higher reps..and if any you guys have info on the pros and if there are any cons to doing this. Thanks
