Hi girls! I am losing track of my workouts and weeks so I am starting my 1st Log.
It's about 6 weeks late...but better late than never, huh? :)
Started Cycle May 2nd---Anavar 5mg a day.
So I am starting week 7 on Monday.
I increased the dose to 8mg/day on June 2nd. And probably will keep it there til I finish.
Plan is to run 10 weeks.

Stats:
Beginning wt: 113 (but usually was 118)
5'7
Bf% approx 11%
Age 38

Weight on 6/12 121.5lbs

Sunday: Quick day
Cardio: (run treadmill) 10 minutes at 6.7-7.0
Lunge: 40 barbell 3 set/15 forward 3 set/15 reverse
SLDL: 70 barbell 3/15
Smith squats lite for positioning 3/90
Glute raises on raised bench 3/20
Kettlebell side bend: 15 kb 3/15 each side
Kettlebell front squat: 15kb 3/15
Kettlebell figure 8: 15kd 45 sec x 2
Decline Reverse Crunch: 3/15
Decline Kick ups ? 2/20
Decline Oblique Twist w/ 15 Kb 45 sec x 2

Cardio: Treadmill 10 min run 6.8-7.0
Incline Leg Press: 270/3

Well that depends totally on you chika. If you feel that you are ok on 8mg and wanna experment with 10 give it a try. But be on the watch for any sides that you dont wanna deal with. As soon as you start to feel off or notice other visual things....that you may not want, knock it back.
Or if you are happy with the results that you are getting now then just stay right where you are.
Thats the thing about all of this its so subjective per individual.

Zed is correct,Its a matter of preference.But the jump is so small i doubt you should experience any so go for it!

I feel like I'm losing 5 lbs in water. Lol
My trainer even commented today on how much I was sweating and "if I was ok"??
I'm like "dude I'm fine"
Stuff is intense.
Now I'm at the pool still sweating..

You know if I take after like 10:00am I'm soooooooo wired, it keeps me up till like 2:00AM, becareful how late you take it, if your like me anyways, I'm super sensitive to stims.

Leg extension: 3/60-70/12-15
Incline leg press: lower feet placement for quad focus 1/180 1/270
Standing calf raises: 2/220
Seated calf raises : 2/110
Glider high resistance 3 min
Glute raise up. 2/20
Ab crunch on orange ball with 12 med ball 2/25
Also, took 1 forged and m5 preworkout
Sweat like a mother and stim goose bumps
 
Decreasing my dose back down to 5mg/day.
My skin started acting up and I don't know if it's partially Sun related too, but I want to keep clear skin, so going back down for at least a week.
Saturday off from gym

Yeah I have to take my combo N2Slin and Forged Burner before 10:00 a.m. also or Im not sleeping at all. But I cant really say that I noticed it making me sweat more.
Have to try it again and check that out. Or maybe I just dont notice it cuz of the regular sweat bath of Illinois summers.....
 
Ok popped 2 burners this a.m. and you know I am getting a little bit heated up!!:D So it looks like Im gonna have a warm wet one for a workout today!:evil:

It felt like I may have well not even taken anything. By day 4 i was feeling deflated. :(
But back on track and pumped up quicky! :)

Chest press: laying flat 15db 2 set 15
Back rows with 15db: 2 set 15

Laying down tricep pull-ups with 25db 2/15
Abs: reverse incline 2/20. Oblique twists with 15kb 2/45 sec
Crunches on ball with 15kb. 2/25
 
Wednesday:
Legs --my favorite
I was kinda scared at first because I wanted to lift well and i still was feeling jet lag and all the vodka in my system still. Lol. But it went pretty good considering.
Wt: 121
Supp: 7.5 daily. And I am on week 9! Only a few more weeks left. :(

Cardio: treadmill and glider approx 10 min
Deep squat with leg stance wide: 90 2/15
Hamstring machine: 60 and 50 2/20
Glute abductor: 40 2/20
Seated calf raises: 90? 2/20
Reverse glute raises with 15 db: 2/20
Leg extension: 60 50 set 20/15....hurt so bad after all the above.
I think my thighs just might explode!
Leg press: 1st set 180. Legs positioned low on plat. 2nd set 230. Sets of 20
Abs: crunches on ball with 12 lbs med ball. 2 sets 25

Get off that leg extension machine. NOW!
Its not good for you even if you have good knees now.
If you keep doing leg extensions you wont have good knees for much longer.
There has never been a worse excersize machine known, IT SUCKS FOR YOU AND FOR EVERYBODY!!!
Front squats are much much much better in every way for you.
Please get off that dam leg extension machine!

Btw: about the leg extensions...I will let my trainer know. And I actually twisted my knee a bit doing my deep squats that day. I was not happy with that at all. But it's already better..thank goodness
 
Dont just let him know. Refuse to do the dam things. Tell him that you want real benefits from working out not friggin injuries.
And because you want long term health you wanna do Front Squats!

Lol..I wouldn't say a "good time", I was actually ready to leave the day I got there. But I tried to make the best of it.

I hear ya, to me the perfct vacation is on an island, wearing flipflops & my swinsuit & hanging out by the ocean, pool & just taking in the view and relaxing...

Not into vacationing in big cities, don't like traffic or tourists traps.. but I will like to go to NY one day, maybe for like 2-3 days.

Seated Calves: 90 3/15-20
Leg press: 3 sets 270/20, 320/20, 360/20. First time at this weight!! And it was actually easy :)
Leg ext: I know Zed is gonna kill me... 3/60-70/15
Squats on standing squat machine: 3/240/20
Ab's: crunches on ball with 12lb wt 3/30
Seems like I'm missing something..but good enough for now

Holy shoot::: could not walk down the steps leading out of gym..quads WOW
 
Tuesday July 5th Week 10.... This is the last week. I started tapering Sunday. Thought i would quit cold turkey..but I am a little afraid of that. So I'm gonna do one more day, then I done for at least 8 weeks. Maybe more. We shall see. ;)

Squats on standing squat machine: 3/240/20Gurl, try doing your squats with a BBL. Also put them before your leg press. Then on your leg press do it as one continous motion. No stop at top or at bottom. Try it you will hate it!:D
Ab's: crunches on ball with 12lb wt 3/30

I think it is water for sure. But still sucks to see the scale say that! I had to start on a prescription diuretic and it was probably bad timing to start that the same time that I stopped the Var. Big time double whammy.
Also means focusing 110% more on diet and routine to keep all my gains. My Bridge is on it's way here and I am also gonna take a little Clomid too
