Coke makes you small as shit. I wont hound you about all the scientific data but it will just eat muscle like no other. I never noticed much about E besides the water id lose. Basically i dont think that the two really effect the anabolic state of your body, but the thing that always seemed to fuck me when i did that shit was the late nights and missed meals. You grow when you sleep and when you stay up that late your not growin. And even when you sleep the next day your missin meals. So you can see theres alot of eating youve missed. An i know your not eating chicken breast when your rollin balls are you? Plus the fact that the next day you wont be hungry, and youll feel like a little piece of shit and have no motivation. It all adds up bro. But im a hypocrit if i say dont do it. Being youngs about havin fun.
