i use it for studying, but i have a script for it. I used to be on it alot in grammer school but i just started back on it about a year ago and it has done wonders for my school. Now i'm 24yo and use it ONLY when i need it for school. I do know this about working out on it and that is that it can prevent you from sweating as much and possible (worse case scenario) make you pass out from heat exhaustion. That is just my experiences with it but i hope it will help.
